Could someone help me with this old french writing?

I found a old watch, from the 1800s, and it has some writing in it, is it french? if it is could someone help me transalate it into english?

the text says:
Anchel
Lovées (maybe Lovús) visibles
Duble Plateau
Spiral Breguet
15 Rubies

i would be so happy for any help, im really wondering what it means

 

i'll try.. but i guess there isn't any sense, i think it's just the watch description:

Anchel : the name of the maker??
Lovées : a thing curved / visibles : that you can see
Duble plateau: i guess it's rather dOuble plateau: the watch has two pan for the dial
Breguet: sounds like a french name
15 rubies: (there are 15 rubies on the watch??) ..peraphs it's the price?
