Do people ever get busted for acid?

All the time you hear about dope busts, blow busts, meth labs being found, set up crack deals, pharmacists stealing their own shit, ect... but I've never heard about anyone getting busted for acid. Or shrooms. Has anyone ever gotten busted, or know anyone whos ever gotten busted for it? I'm interested to know >.<.

 

Acid I'd imagine not for a bunch of reasons. I'm sure the occasional lab gets busted but very rarely, simply because the cooks usually make it in small batches and their stuff usually only goes out locally, so the cops simply don't care because it's not worth the effort to track them down. After the massive bust in 2000, LSD has really gone down and I think the DEA in general just isn't all that concerned with it anymore considering theres much more dangerous drugs out there being produced in massive amounts.

Plus acid is fairly small so it's easy to conceal, not to mention odourless and whatnot. The cooks in general don't cause much fuss for law enforcement.

well its hard to bust the consumer at the bottom of the chain, cause its so easy to conceal and very small. the law trys to seek out labs and major distributors. you dont hear about the busts very often cause there simply isnt that many labs.
lots of meth labs = lots of meth busts
few acid labs = few acid busts

 

i was busted by the cops for selling acid, but was never charged. instead they charged me with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in a school zone, and weapons on school property.

god damn. thats a huge bust. that pisses me off cuz they made so much to distribute. and now its all gone. no wonder acid is so dry these days
