I get to move into my sisters old bedroom in about a month. its pretty big,rectangular, and the walls are already really dark purple but i have no idea how to decorate the rest of it. id like it to be nice for trippin, i have lava lamps and a black light and i'm hoping to get black light posters.i want to paint at least one wall something trippy but i really have no idea what to do. any ideas? i need some helpp.
My friends did a cool mural on this big piece of board...they poured cool patterns of paint all over, then lit firecrackers and threw them on it, got rid of the trash from the crackers and let it dry. Um...I dunno, just cover your body in paint and go from there. Or just doodle, or whatever.
dark purple walls!? lucky! get a bean bag chair. they're super comfy and totally groovy =) and never underestimate the power of some awesome posters. your favorite band, cool photos, whatever. hippie-ish or not, what matters is that you think its cool.
Get a papasans chair, Some neon colored slinkies hang them from the ceiling, you could also get some glow in the dark starts and stuff. I'll have to take a picture of my room next time I clean it. I have pink ish purple walls, lime green ceiling, and black trim around my door and closet. I have a papasans chair, bought a computer desk that fits in the corner. Looks really awesome. I wanna get some black lights and some glow in the dark paint. Found some on ebay for really cheap. Might do some kind of picture or something on my ceiling. That would be awesome!
