It's probably just your standard pimple or something.. I've had similar things on my penis after lots of masturbation. I wouldn't worry about it unless it doesn't go away for a really long time - then you can start worrying.
if you have no sexual history and keep fairly clean it's probably just a pimple... wait a few days and if it goes away i wouldn't worry about it
i wouldnt worry about it too much, i had the same thing, around my area... it went away after a while.. but mine didn't hurt at all.. there was just this bump... sorta like a pimple.. i was freaking out yeah.. but anyway.. if it was herpes, you'd KNOW you have herpes.. buttt... i could be wrong.. lol just get it checked if you're so worried.
Like everyone said, probably a freak pimple that missed going on the face or something. Other than that, if it just sort of popped up one day, maybe some insect kinda...bit your dick?? I mean, it is summer (in this hemisphere at least), and bug's like mosquitos and spiders are out and about. Worst case, if it doesn't go away regularly or another one pops out after, have a doctor take a look.
