I keep getting nervouss with some people because I think they can read my thoughts and then against my will I start thinking of people being naked and I am scared they can tell. Can anyone reasure me?
People are reading your thoughts because you’re unconsciously projecting them. While on the surface we don’t appear to be evolving, the unconscious mind has going through a metamorphosis in recent decades altering our very brain chemistry. Erm.....I doubt, God has given us the imagionation and free will to think what we like, without it being disturbed, however there are telepaths, but they are imposters. Paranoya is where we think it but it isnt actually real, so i am fine just wonderring if people had any like techniques that would stop me thinking the naked part.
While paranoia can have a powerful influence over the way we think, I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss the possibility that what you’re experiencing is real Just how well do you know the individuals you picture naked, and would you feel confortable talking to them about your perceptions? here's a helpful solution for you to stop thinking about people naked. - picture someone very unattractive naked. like.. a very fat and hairy unibrow man with moles all over his body. you'll never wanna picture anybody naked again. problem solved. .. oh and about the mind reading thing... test them. lol. be like.. can you read my mind?? i'll pick a number from 1 - 80000000000. and guess which number i'm thinking of. and if they get it right.. they might actually be mind readers. :O but they're lost likely gonna get it wrong, so you dont have to worry about that. lol. yeah.. there you go.
Just assume no one can read your mind. I mean I don't know for a fact that no one can but I really don't think many people can. I've been afraid of this before too so I know where you're coming from. Yeah and then I will think of something really inappropiate against my mind's will, haha. Just don't worry about it. And think about it, if someone can read minds they probably read all kinds of weird stuff everyday.. people have some weird thoughts. So there is really no reason to worry. =)
i dont know you.. but im a 17 year old girl and the only reason i signed up is because i feel the same way u do.. i donno if uv gotton over it but i started the whole paranoia thing about 6-7 months ago. and it wont go away. im always thinking people read my mind.. i say sumthing in my mind and its like there responding to wut i said... i couldnt send u a private message, not allowed so if u could reply back thatd be nice.
