why?

I think the marijuana opened my eyes to this, but why am i living? what stops me from leaving this and leaving every thing i know? why should i get a job why should i contribute to america, why is america so fucked, why the fuck is pot illegal? my lady friend feels the same way, why cant we just live like animals that humans are? why do we have to work for homes , why cant we just live in holes like every other fucking animal, wtf is life?

does any one else feel this way?

 

Well now that you've realized this, it will take you some time to realize that life is truly pointless. If you were religious, which by you post you clearly are not, you wouldn't feel this way because religion gives life a purpose more than just we were put here and we live. And that is our purpose. We are more sophisticated animals, and we're the only animals that are this sophisticated.

That was the most amazing thing i have ever read. I want to start a religion bassed on that principal. I hate that we feel that we are above all other animals, and that we are the choosen ones. They are just as welcome here as we are. I wanted to thank my dogs in my thank you speech at my bar mitzvah. But my rabbi wouldent let me. He said that it would be saying that dogs and humans are equal, and that their not. He would let me thank my parents for letting me have my dogs for some gay ass reason. I hate the fact that we have just overrun the entire worlds. Its like we are an invasive species.

animals not as equal as humans? put a bear/dog/gorilla/shark in a cage with a human without weapons and see who comes out the victor. Humans only say that because animals may not think like we do, in their opinon, thus rendering them as less profound speciece as us. so what do we do? hunt and shoot them for fun...not food...for fun, hiding cowardly behind a gun. when they know for a fact that the bear they just shot would tear them limb from limb if they went bare-knuckle . fucking humans are pittiful

why should we save animals that are fucking themselves over? Like whales. They beach themselves and just wait for people to come along and save them. Well fuck the whales.
When a whale builds an off shore oil rig then i will be impressed.

 

To be fair we are superior to them in intellect but inferior in physical strength to some animals. The fact we are more intelligent means we can make guns therefore making us more powerful than them.
Dont get me wrong i dont agree with hunting animals or anything either but i'm just saying humans are really actually fucking awesome.

Sometimes. But then I realize that living that way wouldn't be satisfying to me, and I wouldn't be happy. So I don't know if there's some higher meaning to life, some pre-ordained reason for why society is how it is. It simply reflects that natural progressions of human desires and aspirations--obviously not everyone, but on the whole we're a driven species that seeks purpose and fulfillment through work. Irrational, maybe, but genetically we tend not to be satisfied with just living for survival in a hole like animals.

you really think whales beach themselves on purpose and to be saved by a human? i doubt whales even know who humans are. im not saying any animal is more intellegant than a human(well most humans anyway) but to say shit like they kill themselves on purpose is just ignorant. no human can really know what an animal thinks.
