Depends on alotta stuff. How much light you are giving it, how good it's environment is, how big you let it get, its genes, etc. Mids doesn't mean anything, cuz those seeds could be any type of weed. They could turn out to be high yeilding, and the smoke could be some fire, or they could yeild tiny and smoke like shit. You can order packs of seeds for 15 bucks, Id do that if you're serious about learning how to grow. I pull about a zip per plant with a 400w lamp, and run 7-8 plants in a closet. IMO a 400w lamp is a good size for a personal stash.
How about KB or northern lights. i wouldnt let the plant get too big, 3-4 feet at the maximum. I'd try to make the enviroment as good as i can but it will be in a small place, like 6ft(height)by 4ft length by 2 ft width. it would get a decent ammount of light.
KB's the same thing as mids, just decribes the quality, not genes. Northern lights yeilds good and is some good smoke, try Dr Atomic's Atomic northern lights, I've heard it's bomb. Get a book and do some reading, the Cannabis Grow Bible is a good one. The size you just described is pretty much what I grow in, and with the pots they usually get about 4 feet tall.
2-5oz per plant indoors is common. Depends on how much light you give them, conditions, nutrients etc.
i grew a single white widow plant in my closet under a 250W HPS. it was about 4.5 ft tall, and yielded 3.5 ounces dry. that's my only growing experience though.
The best yield anybody can, reasonably, expect is "One gram per watt". Some experts may go slightly over that (I'm still hoping to hit the one gram level myself!). That means that a 400 watt HID light could produce, up to, 14 oz. of dried buds. There are many different techniques that may be applied, but the "One gram per watt" goal is a realistic guidline for indoor growers. Remember that the main shortcomming of artificial light is "penetrating power", that's why most "insiders" grow numerous, reletively smaller, plants as opposed to single "Monsters". The point is that how you apply the light has everything to do with the outcome - now back to the question.. An "expert" grower may yield very close to "One gram per watt". Most successful growers yield about .4-.6 grams per watt. Most beginners are lucky to yield .25, or so, grams per watt. It's just a matter of practice, practice, learn and refine the technique!
