I think a lot of what makes the male orgasm less intense (or seem less intense) is that most men are too uptight and caught up in their performance to ever really enjoy getting off. Women are encouraged to let go completely, to let out all of those tensions and emotions in a seizure-like fit when they come, but most guys would never find it cool to do this, they are supposed to remain all macho and in control, so they never let go enough to "let the orgasm come to them." That's just my theory.

I agree with the above post, there are definitely methods of making the male orgasm more intense (another thing is the fabled "male g spot," but, again, few guys are comfortable going there!)
