music on acid

i havnt done it yet (although i plan on trying it soon) but i have plenty of friends who have done cid. they like to listen to the beatles,and pink floyd ect....now when i do take it i plan on covering all genres of music. is there any specific bands that are really good while tripping on acid? ive done ex and shrooms before and i LOVE linkin park while on the both of them.

 

Shpongle, Ozric Tentacles, Sublime and 1200 Micrograms would probably be my favorite tripping music. Really, though, it's up to you. One of my friends loves Slipknot on acid. I would definitely suggest trying Shpongle while tripping. Look up "Birth Of A Creature" on YouTube.

ne music that u like will be intensified so it prolly dosent matter what u listen to as long as ur comfy with it... ive heard some pretty wicked shit while listening to some hard trance, deep house, etc..

i think you'll absolutly love it. im not much of a linkin park fan, but these guys are pretty heavy, and pretty psychedelic

 

before you trip, download the album "hold your colours" by pendulum... you will not regret your trip

 

When I tripped on shrooms, I was listening to some real heavy screaming music, and it scared the shit out of me. Cuz I completely forgot about the cd was playing, and I kept thinking my friend was gonna turn into a monster XP. But while on acid I just played the radio and had no problems.

 

The grateful dead, Ratdog, Shpongle, Ozric Tentacles, Blutech, Bassnectar, Slackbaba.

 

Yeah I was just about to say The Grateful Dead, but the guy above me beat me...

But yeah you can't go wrong with The Grateful Dead. Anything by Jimi Hendrix is also amazing to listen to while trippin' (especially Live at Woodstock).

PHISH- Free, Northern Lights
Portishead- Mysterons
Pink Floyd- Piper at the gates album is good

Sumblime has some good stuff

and David Allen Coe, Cypriss Hill, Infected Mushroom, KMK are sorta other stuff some kids dig but personally... I dont like much rappin or faster stuff.

Oh yeah, I forgot one of my favorite tripping songs ever - California Dreaming by The Mamas and the Papas. It makes me smile sober.

but if you want some more feeling and something a bit more exciting, get some stomp rave on. Infected Mushroom are good.
