I recently got over a bad relationship and want to meet some new guys. But i have no idea how to go about doing that...like if i see a boy who i think is cute what the hell do I say?
Go up to him and start random conversation. Or you can give him a look so he knows your checking him out, he may come over and start a convo with you. It really depends on the setting though. I usually go to the Plymouth Waterfront, thats the cool place to be in my parts. hahaha.
to be honest ive met all but one of my bfs online. its worked out pretty well, since i tend to talk to them for a while before actually meeting them face to face

I met my fiancee on this forum!!! Prior to him I met guys usually while grocery shopping, getting coffee or just doing everyday things. I met a few people off of EHarmony and they were all very nice. I just wasn't ready to settle down at the time and everyone on that site kinda was.
Ask him to grab a cup of coffee, or a burger, or something. Food is a good little icebreaker, as it allows you to just chat and gives you something to start talking about, even if it's something as little as how good the coffee is. Just talk, be you. Find a common ground, do something. Start with a hello, or meet a guy in a class (if you're still going to school), most guys would be receptive to a girl who looks as cute as you walking up and being forward with them.

I'm with her. I've done the same. Chatting online can be a less nerve-wracking experience, and it can be a great way to get to know someone initially so you can see if you want to date them at all.
i just spend time in places i like by myself or with my dog and i tend to meet guys somehow lol the dog works really well actually, if there is another dog nearby, my dog has to meet it, especially if the other dog has a hot guy attached!
Well, for me, when I try to meet someone I never do, and it happens when I least expect it, so maybe you shouldn't push things and just do what you're doing......You really are pretty girl so you won't have problems with meeting boys - just come to him and say hi, if he's smart he'll do the rest
