Been looking for some kind people to hand out with that share the same general way of thinking. Post if your from houston/surrounding area's. We should get together sometime!

I'm in Houston too, west side out by Whestheimer and Highway 6 if you know what I'm talking about. I tried something like this before too but its hard to get a big enough group to get together for some sort of event or party etc... Well hopefully this turn out will be better. If you have any ideas for something post in this forum and we can try and get a concensus going on what kind of evnts the Houston group can do. Peace.

Okay everyone, I'm trying to figure out something we can do together for the Houston Hippie Group and I want to try and make it as central as possible to help everyone with transportation issues. I thought maybe about something in the Museum District/downtown area. There's always Memorial Park for a picnic, and we could even make it a night out at a Jazz club or one that caters to more of our type. I know of one but I'll have to find the informatio if I can. Name some cool places then cause i lived here my whole life and it sucks. Even if you disagree you have to admit its easily the lamest big city in America.

 

well, obviously it depends what youre into. I like everything from the zoo to fitzgerald's, the museum district, old town spring, that stretch of westheimer between yoakum and woodhead. awesome bars. I mean its not like its a small place. we have festivals and shit downtown all the time, bookstores, shopping, concerts. The comedy clubs are awesome. just get stoned and go get into something with your friends. makes it much more fun.
