I had a very weird dream last night... It began with me walking down the upstairs hallway towards my old bedroom (which is now my brother's). I looked down at my hand and noticed I was wearing an odd, square-shaped, "rainbow" ring. ("rainbow" as in it kept changing colors) When I walked into my room, I noticed a strange man wearing a robe sitting on my floor next to where my bed used to be. The hood was covering his eyes but I could tell he was kind of young... maybe around his 20's or something. For some reason, I decided to show him my ring and ask him where it came from. He said, "oh! Let me see." He took my hand and began to study the ring and I noticed the colors were starting to slow down a little. At first he seemed intrigued, and then all of a sudden, he broke down crying. So I asked him what the matter was, and he said, "You're going to die, you're going to die." I was confused so I asked the man when I was going to die. "You're going to die young," he told me... so I started to cry too. He went on to say something about rocks hitting the left side of my face, or being crushed by them, or something... it didn't make too much sense in the dream either. After that, I woke up, and it's been on my mind all day... I have no idea what any of it could mean either. --kukai
kukai, imagine you are all parts of the dream, and all parts are you ... also the bitter-sweet feelings, and the need to change. It is about to die as much as it is about to live. The colours are energy. The ring is time, and being bound. Death is freedom, change and healing. All things are what you see in them, but also the contrary is true. Young is not age bound. The left side of the face is intuition. The rocks are just waking calls. The tears simply help to release and let go inner knots. The dream is as perfect, and as fragile as the journey you are on, and just left you more whole. This is all just what came into my mind in a rush, it means as much or as little as you feel ringing true inside yourself.
Crying in a dream usually signifies happiness. Death in a dream usually denotes a new beginning. If anything, the dream means that you will live a long life. http://www.experiencefestival.com/a/Dream_Interpretation_Ring/id/239764 http://www.experiencefestival.com/a/Dream_Interpretation_Wedding_Ring/id/240365 The ring may therefore denote many money making opportunities. Its slowing down may denote that you will settle on one business venture out of many.
