I have been growing San Pedro for about three years and am trying it for the first time this weekend. I gave a friend 12 inches (2 inch dia) a year ago: he blended it, drank it and didn't feel much, so I think I may have a weaker speciman. I plan on cooking it down, and I plan on consuming 1 pound of it (18 inches). I want to avoid a super-strong trip, yet I want to feel it. I thought about drinking it in increments every hour until I feel it. Any thoughts or info will be appriated.
drink it all. shulgin said drinking it over an hour reduces the nausea. use a chaser (like oj). if you have the time, boil it down to a thick liquid and then use low heat to take it to a solid, then take the solid in gelcaps.
San Pedro is funny dude I have one myself. Here's all the info I have, if any of it is incorrect I'd love to be corrected, I'm only learning myself. Mecaline production in San Pedro is naturally occuring, but it is increased when the cactus is under stress. So before you harvest it don't water it, maybe put it in some dark or too much sun or something for a while. As for the dosage 18 inches should be good, boil it down really slow, use the blender, take your time with the preparation. Good luck hanging out with mescalito! make sure to post up how it goes!
last time i did peruvian torch i took 12 inches worth and blended it with juice. it was like 4 full cups of this nasty shit. I finished it all and didnt feel a single thing. This time im going with 2 feet worth of san pedro (id guess to be about lb and a 1/2) and im going to blend it and boil it down. I hope to god i trip, ive heard such good thigns about mescaline, i just either have a high tolerance or im consistantly getting bunk cactus. wish me luck
^ did you boil it down or just blend it with juice? Cause you need to take your time and boil it down and everything, not just blend it.
i dont understand why you guys dont just invest 30 bucks in a veggie juicr and juice the damn skins. try using V8 as a chaser.
