kief info help?

well i juts got a grinder and i am gonna start using the kief catcher and saving my kief but i was wondering, when i take the kief out, how much less potent does the weed i smoke become?

 

unless you really like rub the weed over the screen, to much doesnt fall out. its really like a miniscule amount compared to the weed. you will get plenty high off just the buds

 

^ya just keep the kief in the catcher and let it build up. cuz u dont get that much compared to the bud. It makes ur bud a little less potent but the kief is pretty damn potent.

 

I usually keep a perscription bottle and just put it in there. when you fill it up make pollen hash with it

 

The other week i was out of green and somthing possessed me to pull the built in mesh out of my grinder. Underneath was loads of the stuff all compressed down. Sp i got so fucking stoned i couldnt fucking get up off my arse for a good few hours. I just sat there smokin and noddin along to the Chemical Brothers.:spliff:

 

you ripped it out? theres prob a more efficient way to handle that

 

No there wasnt another way. i was currious to see if i could remove the mesh and buy a new one. I was just a bit heavy handed.

It was a shit grinder anyway. It cost like £15. Stainless steel ect. looked very glamourous but was shit at the job in hand. Id much rather use one of the cheaper plastic ones and buy a new one each time they fuck up. Saying that ive got the same plastic grinder ive had for 5 years.

putting a nickle in your grinder helps you accumulate more keif...

ontop of the screen side.. after you grind your weed and it falls down to the screen.. shake it back and forth so you hear the nickle sliding over the screen and bouncing off the sides.. trust me.. this has been a proven theory as to getting more keif.. works great.. you get almost twice as much

 

i get the pollen off the leaves and what buds i grind up for my personal smoke. it can accumulate quickly if you smoke alot and have alot of leaves

 

well i got like maybe 10 or 11 grams for the next month how much kief would accumulate from that?

no about 10 percent of the bud wouldbe keif if you put it all to it. so at the most like 1 one or two gs

shit that is ambition. i have a kief box and i've never had that much. i kiefed ounces through it. i had maybe an inch of a script bottle..

 

Kief doesnt make your weed less potent...


that shit falls of anyways, the grinder just collects it passively.

 

man, why do people look for threads so old? but yeah i hardly ever get very much kief from grinding.
