Not from there, but I would go to clubs playing electronic music and just keep an eye out. Find some one who looks like they are rolling and strike up a conversation with them.
i was just there about 2 weeks ago for a week. i walked down the boardwalk and saw this kid talking to these 2 girls. i went over and was like whats up man. he said not much, you lookin for anything? from there i had a great week. people are pretty chill
