who here knows anything about drug laws in australia? cause i keep hearing about how knowing your rights can come pretty handy in a law situation, but all these stories are about american laws. so i think it should be pretty usuful for me to know my laws such as searching and question rights, and how hard ill go down if im caught in possetion over here? im still a minor, cause im only 15 and generally i dont carry anything with me thats more then an eighth
for starters keep your mouth shut if you ever get pulled up by em. tell them only what they need to hear, nothing else. there is a law called the just cause act. where they beleive they can search you when any suspision arises. but its complete fuckin shit, the act in question has so many holes in it that it may a sell be called the swiss cheese act. ill let you figure out those loop holes . but prevention is better than cure so dont give them anything (refer to first paragraph) secondly, they cant strip search a minor without perantal concent. most australian cops act so unprofessionally that i concider them lower than lowest shit eating scum. they will use imtimidation to try and back you into a corner as well as lie. typically "we dont need a warrent to search you " blah blah blah. just think really hard before you say anything to them because they will twist and bend your story to get what they want. oh and your a tennager chick thats even better. male police officers cant even pat search you. anyhoo just play it safe mate, later ps if ya want anymore info pm me and ill give you my msn addy
