    Hi there guys,

    This is my first post.

ok well ill get to the point. I live in Scotland and have 2 plants growing outside. (in bins)

ive hooked a few torches etc up to the bins to give the plants some light.
i water them every 2-3 days.

i was wondering how i can force the plants to flower and how to make a clone. I've attempted to make a clone but don't think it will work. I just put the clone into the soil so hopefully it will grow roots. I never used any Rooting agent or what not.

Anyways.... heres a few pics for you guys !

You can force the plants to flower by giving them 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness everyday (that means no stray light; however brief it may be, or however weak it may seem!!!). The 12 hour dark period should be at the same time everyday, as dependable as clockwork, so as not to confuse the plants. You can either put them into a dark shed or you can rig up a covering with lightproof tarps. During "Blackout" hours the plants must not receive more than "Full-Moon" light - not even occasionally - that means no peeking!

by full moon light... will it be ok to leave the plant out and let the daylight / darkness sort itself out? it starts to get dark about 11 pm here.. and gets light about 4-5 ... would it autoflower without me having to put in darkness for 12 hours. or should i start to put it into darkness everyday at 11pm?

how long before the plant starts budding ?

    thanks alot mate!

Well it will depend on how you want to approach it.

If you are going to let nature take its course plan ahead - how long does the strain take to mature? When does your area start to see 12/12 days? What weather and temps (frost, cold, etc...) will the plants see during the flowering period?

Now if you want to force flowering you have to follow what THCammo sez. Be religious in it - you cannot slack off.

Once the 12/12 cycle begins it will be about 3 weeks until you see some lil baby buds beginning. To finish could be anywhere from 8 to 13 weeks depending on the strain.
