I'm liking Ron Paul. Of course he's not going to win, but I'd sure as hell vote for him. Why isn't he in the poll?
You guys just love to vote in these polls don't you. Why not actually vote in the next election and let all these pollsters and marketers make up their statistics.
lucky for you politically minded TV watchers out there....Ron Paul is neither a turd sandwich or a douchbag.....so register as a Republican and make your conservative friends and family proud, that is until they find out you voted for a libertarian in Republican's clothing. Either way just vote for the good doctor in the main elections.....if there are any this time around. www.ronpaul2008.com
Hillary is a fascist lackey in neofemsocialist disguise....use the power of the internet to really find out about the people you are supporting for office. I really didnt support anyone until Ron Paul came around.
I didnt support anyone either until I found out about Ron Paul. He is the man. He would for sure make history as president. He has my vote. Everyone else is the same old shit.
Oh, by the way gardener, Ron Paul ran in the '88 Presidential election under the Libertarian ticket, and changed to Republican 12 years ago...I think he realized that we're a two party system, which Nader should have realized at some point as well... regardless, I hope he kicks the Republican party's ass.....
other: kucinich! he believes in: Creating a single-payer system of universal health care that provides full coverage for all Americans by passage of the United States National Health Insurance Act. The immediate, phased withdrawal of all U.S. forces from Iraq; replacing them with an international security force. Guaranteed quality education for all; including free pre-kindergarten and college for all who want it. Immediate withdrawal from the World Trade Organization (WTO) and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Repealing the USA PATRIOT Act. Fostering a world of international cooperation. Abolishing the death penalty. Environmental renewal and clean energy. Preventing the privatization of social security. Providing full social security benefits at age 65. Creating a cabinet-level "Department of Peace" Ratifying the ABM Treaty and the Kyoto Protocol. Introducing reforms to bring about instant-runoff voting. Protecting a woman's right to choose while decreasing the number of abortions performed in the U.S. Ending the war on drugs. Legalizing same-sex marriage. Creating a balance between workers and corporations. Ending the H1B and L1 Visa Programs Restoring rural communities and family farms. Strengthening gun control... he also introduced an article of impeachment against Dick Cheney, is a vegan, and has been entirely consistent with his voting.
if he(above) really believes in those changes than i'd vote for him :hurrayther wise i'd pick Al Gore he actually gives a hoot about about the envirnonment. it's a shame he's not runnning so any way i'm not voting!
Who says... anyone can complain about anything. The US constitution doesn't base political free speech on whether or not someone voted. Or has Bush passed an executive order that makes it so? I can't keep up with his executive orders.
RON PAUL Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record: He has never voted to raise taxes. He has never voted for an unbalanced budget. He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership. He has never voted to raise congressional pay. He has never taken a government-paid junket. He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch. He voted against the Patriot Act. He voted against regulating the Internet. He voted against the Iraq war. He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program. He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year. Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.
