i'm really sick and in pain and i can't eat and i throw up... i makes me so angry that if i were one state to the left, i could get medical marijuana to help with this... i might not be so close to death from starvation. just wanted to say how pissed i am that I have to suffer because of some kind of beaurocratic assholes. also, i know that there are alot of legal herbs that are very similar to pot. does anyone know anything about any of them, and whether they would have the same nausea/pain benefits as pot? any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, the thing that does all those things is THC, which is in the herb, and is what's illegal.

    So just burn some. :)

Isn't there a precription drug called Marinol ? Find out from your Doctor if he can prescribe Marinol or some Prescription THC to you... otherwise move to California or something. Sorry for your condition. Also Prayer helps. Ask God as "he" is the ultimate decision maker.

i don't... and the thing is, it has to be organic, because with my sickness, i can't ingest a bunch of pesticides... i tried marinol, it didnt do anything for me.

yeah, marinol is bullshit, it dosen't work nearly as weel as raw marijuana. But it is still a very expensive perscription drug dispite its lame effects. That is why marijuana is illegal, they make too much damn money off of it! Fucking money grubbing bastards! I hate to hear stories of people in pain because they don't have access to the best medicine in the world: cannabis!

It sounds odd to me.. that you cant fidn anyone to buy for you, not even your dad, and you refuse to have anything but pure organic? its not like msot of the stuff we buy is covered in a layer of pesticides.

Seriously...everyone knows someone who smokes weed, whether you know it or not. It's a very common drug. I don't know you, so if you're like, a shut in, don't get out much or something, then it might be hard, otherwise, you just gotta talk to people, expecially those who you think are probably stoners. Good luck man.

Marinol is a drug that is prescribed to AIDS and chemo patients that have a hard time eating. I think it just got reclassified not to long ago, so you may find a doctor to let you try it.

My husband is in a similar situation. He broke his back in 2000 and is still in a lot of pain, plus he had a stroke last year. There are only two things that kill his pain: marijuana and Flexiril. But he can't get either because his doctors are too far away from us and no other doctor will give him meds for his back anymore since it's been so long since he broke it; and everyone I know who smokes weed is acting all stupid about getting any for him because they don't like him. They have no reason not to like him; he never did anything to them. They're just retarded. Anyway, I'm sure he can find some of his old friends who smoked it but the last time he's seen most of his friends was at least 10 years ago. I know a place where it grows, a public park right here in Missouri, but it's pretty far from here too.
