I know modern astrology has created a whole bunch of things that supposedly make this significant.

In traditional astrology, there is no such thing as being born on a cusp. First of all Sun signs aren't that important in traditional, rising signs are where it's at, and secondly, you are either in one sign or another sign. There is no magical gray area called a cusp.

Enlil6, its me again. I appreciate ho you have helped me with my chart very much.

When you did my chart- was it an aries moon sign? Other free charts on-line say it is pisces moon. But the book that I have says aries, but it did not ask for time? Is time just needed for rising sign? I have got different versions for rising and moon signs, depending on the website? I appreciate your answers since they are very helpful to me!

I don't remember your Moon sign off the top of my head, but I don't really do charts that way.

In modern astrology they do charts like the way you are asking such as "planet in sign = XYZ"

In traditional, you look at it based on question. So if I wanted to find out if your baby was going to be healthy, I might look at:

    house ruler
If the house ruler is weak or powerful
Whether it's in a good or bad aspect
I might look at whether the Moon is powerful or not
    So on and so on

So I hardly ever look at planetary signs as indicators of inherent meaning. I look at planetary signs as whether a planet is powerful or weak.
