Its not "legal" but its also not "illegal" to have small amounts on your person. The law is loopy. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2007/07/13/pot-toronto.html
meh, in BC it's been more lax then that for a while.. and senator larry cambell is currently working hard to get marijuana fully decriminalized
As soon as the conservatives are out you realize it will be decriminalized. Conservatives were the only ones in the House of Commons to vote against decriminalization.
yes, but at the same time Liberals have put it back further on their agenda's thats why I'm hoping larry cambell stays in office long enough to has some impact
Says for now they'll be treating it as they do now for a while. Unfortunately, in the last year the average Canadian arrests for simple possession have gone way up. I don't remember anything while I'm this baked about any charges laid or not. I heard that the bill calling for under 15 g's to be decriminalized was refuted by the Conservatives and hadn't realized so many other people hadn't realized how many times that bill had to go through before it could have really become law. Holy run-on sentences, Batman!
I smoked some BC last week Anyways, correct me if I'm wrong but I think 2 presidential candidates have said that they'd legalize/decriminalize marijuana if elected.
you do realize that all presidential candidates are proffesional liars and are full of bullshit, dont you?
' X2 and most likely neither will be elected no president who comes into office will ever legalize it due to the war on drugs, that would be like a new president coming into office and saying both Iraq wars were a mistake and the war on terror is a waste of money it just wont happen
