such a mellow evening you have planned.
i'd never picture a bloke like you ,Gary, being into The Secret Garden though.

we are finally getting screen doors/windows put in today so that way we can have fresh air in the flat without the kitties leaping to their escape (as has happened before). don't worry we're only on the 1st floor and her fall was broken by someone car. don't want to get reported to the RSPCA or something.

I was just ranting about how boring the UK forums had become, but I'm sure things will turn around now that you're back, Paul! :)

i loved reading the Secret Garden and enjoyed the movie though was different than the book ... just really didn't picture you into a secret garden at all, unless it was one filled with pot :spliff: :)

yeah, the kitties are loving the new found freedom of being able to sit in front of an open window without falling out. funny how the neighbour traded his car in a few weeks after the cat fell on it for something different. she didn't leave a dent or anything. i don't think she jumped intentionally ... i think she hopped up, slid on the windowledge and the window opened wider as they swing out. we'd been living in a tomb for the past few months keeping the windows shut tight (unless we knew the cats were locked up somewhere safe) for fear something bad would happen to them. plus, they are indoor cats. they get quite frightened outside.

awww ... was definitely puzzled by that one. thought maybe you were more secretive than i originally thought. :)

your garden sounds lovely btw. wish i had an actual garden and not just a balcony overlooking the neighbours garden.

tis raining here at the moment. had the back door open (screen in place) and was sitting in a recliner about 5 feet away and started feeling wet drops on my leg! wtf! not supposed to rain inside the flat.

that is the type of grass you were talking about right? ;)

honestly i probably wouldn't keep up with it. good idea though.
i've already manged to kill one of my plants i had on the balcony. :(

need to get something new now to replace it (so i can kill that too) but haven't had a chance to get to the garden centre.
