I Try

    I try really hard everyday to avoid eatting meat, but at the end of the day i feel like im not whole and i crave it so bad. mabe im not cut out to be a vegaterian, what do u guys think?

    also, learn to cook for yourself if you don't already know how. look up easy vegetarian recipes, there's a ton of them on the web

    I think when you cut out meat you have to just eat a lot more (more good stuff not junk). Meat has a lot of fat and stuff so it fills you up more. If you eat foods with a lot of fiber and good fats (unsaturated) then that will fill you up more.

    Dave, you can cut down until you eat so little flesh that it becomes a why bother proposition, or go cold...er...tofu... and make sure you have plenty of simple and ready to eat stuff.

    Back in the bad old days, I noticed I'd grab those Mrs Paul's to heat up when I just didn't have a lazy quickie alternative.

    i sometimes get cravings for red meat. but if i eat soymeat, i feel better. meat can be like an addiction. you feel so much better when you finally rid yourself of it.


    meat has so many unnatural hormones and stuff in it. i wonder if that's what the cravings really are, addiction to additives.
