HELP pests on my plant..

    Please help,
    This is my first grow..I found this on my plant and don't know what it is..I suspect thrips or aphids..If anyone knows what it is and how to treat it I would be very grateful..

    Ps .. It is only about 1mm in length if that .. I took this picture at extreme close up..Whatever it is it's killing my plant..

    Looks like an aphid to me! Try Ladybugs, they love to eat little crawly things and they wont hurt your plants.

    Thanks for the reply..I will treat for aphids..For a quick fix I'll spray with a mild soapy water as I'm told this will sufforcate them.That will give me a chance to get some ladybugs..
