A couple more months hard work and if all goes well, ill be setting off for thailand with a means to reach the phillipines via cambodia, vietnam and laos. I would also like to make my way up to bejing and catch the trans persian express to mosco and make my way back across europe. I will be traveling with 1 guy and meeting a few friends out there. Has anybody already done parts of my journey plan? Anywhere I cant miss? I feel perticualarly clueless about the train to mosco and would love to here past stories of it. Will it be hard to get a 1 way flight?
That sounds like a very exciting trip... I'm off to bangkok too in about 4 months, i'll also be missioning it around Cambodia, Laos and then who knows...though I might be sooner if I can save enough and pay the 50 quid to put my dates back...I hope that is the case as the thought of another 12 weeks work is a bit daunting. Sure it'll fly by though if I don't think too much about the future! It's always the way. I've went to Cambodia and Laos about a year and a half ago though so PM me if you want to talk. Pete
