Hm. Where do I start? Well, a while back two of my friends, my only true smoking buddies, got busted. Now they don't smoke. I continued to toke up on the mary jane, but then I met this girl and she convinced me into not smoking. Well, after a long turn of events involving her and her friend, I'm still friends with her, just not as close as we got. Her friend, on the other hand, has been talking shit to me since last night and I couldn't sleep at all for some unknown reason. After relaxing today and sleeping all afternoon, I thought some things out and decided to drop talking to her friend at all. For some reason, even though I'm still talking to the original girl, I feel relieved. Like I could pick up weed again if I wanted. I think I want to, but I'm not so sure yet. I'm going to take my decision slow. If I do start, I have to find new smoking buddies, too. Any advice?
You must not realize just what pot can do for you if you gave it up for a girl. Do you play an instrument? Write? Act? Marijuana can help you become successful in any creative endeavor if you apply the right mindset to your highs. If you aren't into art, you should start and then pick up smoking again and see how quickly you can learn. Honestly, after much smoking and meditation, I've come to the conclusion that I would have no interest dating a girl who isn't accepting of marijuana use. I could never see eye to eye with someone who harbors such backwater views on cannabis. The plant is here to elevate the collective conscious of the planet. It's a sacred, awesome herb.
all for a girl is there love involved? if there wasnt i would have to say you wasted all that time of not smoking when you could have gottened baked. do what most of us have done get a girl that also cherishes this plant and that smokes it.theres really nothing better than a girl that smokes also but thats just me i say roll up a fat blunt get fucked up
You should smoke if you want to...she's your girlfriend, not your mother...if she really loves you, she'll accept you for who you are, pot smoking and all I quit for a guy once, it was a waste of time...you give em an inch and they take a mile
i would suggest picking up the ganj again. you shouldnt let her force her views on you. like share the warmth said, it can do so much for you, and plus its just a damn fun time. you should try to get a girl that loves pot as well. its so great being able to share the high times together. i do not have one friend that has a problem with my pot use. it doesnt make any sense to me why someone might be so against it.
i'll tell ya why people go against it, simply they've never gotten high & have no idea what their talkin about. so my suggestion would be, build a gravity bong, get some dank & get baked
share the warmth i like your outlook on pot. who here likes to get high and just sit outside and enjoy the breeze or go to the park or let your favorite music take you over? i sure as hell do.

Well, last night I bought 2 blunts and went out with some friends that had weed as well and got baked. I was high as hell and it made me realize how much I missed that feeling.
Knot, Anyone who smokes and goes outside to just enjoy nature life is a cool person to me. Pot makes you aware of things on a much deeper level than most straight edgers. I don't want to toot my own horn but I feel that I am happier, wiser, and much less stressed out than 99% of the straight edgers I know who may feel depressed or have problems that they can't explain. After smoking for a year now, I know so much more about myself. I've still got so much to learn but I'm already I'm just light years ahead of so many people I know who have horrible diets, never exercise, and wonder why they have problems. Many of these people are much older than me and should know better. They don't though, because they didn't smoke when they were younger, didn't expand their consciousness like I am now. The corporate world wants people unhealthy and ignorant, and they will do anything to keep pot illegal and "dangerous" to the masses. Do you know what would happen if everyone realized what pot can do for them? It would bring corporate America to it's knees. The solutions to many of life's problems (all of them if the individual is intelligent and creative enough to meditate while stoned) available in a plant that likes to grow just about anywhere. Pot is liberation.
weed breaks everything down into basic understanding which to me is enlightenment. its so hard for people who don't smoke to see the beauty in some things, in everything.
That is the very definition of enlightenment. I'm glad that you are hip to that. A lot of people much older than you, and who have been smoking for years, just don't get it.
