    actually Hippy I am, that was a lot sticker for many years. I had a few versions.

    Are you serious? you are on this site, and you dont know who the grateful dead are? thats strange....They are the second most influential band i've ever had the pleasure of listening to. listen to them my friend, they are all too wonderful.[​IMG]

    The Grateful Dead where and still are the one of the greatest bands of the 20th centry.

    Didn't dig them when I was younger. I liked psychedelic music, but they just sounded
    like country music to me. Growing up around Detroit, I couldn't relate to country music. It wasn't until I started traveling (especially in the south), that I began to
    like GD. Then I started digging the disco phase with more reggae, funk, and jazz stirred in. Then it was like I saw the light and wanted to convert anyone who would listen. A group of screwy characters playing traditional music is pretty strange after all.
