Punk rock love.

hey im new to the forum. and im not a hippy at all. actually most of my friends dislike hippys a good amount i guess because most of my friends are punks and skinheads and we pride ourselves in being working class and stuff but anyway i dont judge on that at all. but anyway i dated a girl for almost to years and she was the only girl id ever had sex with, since we broke up she got married and had a kid with a friend of mine i dont care at all im great friends with both of them now but ive only had a few girlfriends since then and not to serious with any of em. i i feel like im totally ready for a serious relationship but it seems like i cant find the right girl ever. idk im a punk kid ive got the spiky hair, tight pants and some tats a peircings do girls just not find that attractive in a guy? i dont know whats wrong with me i want that relationship that last forever and i can totally trust them and they can trust me, i want "love" i guess but it just doesnt seem to be happening. anyway thanks to whoever replys... thanks!!

I love the punk look. I used to be a total punk, too; mohawk, bondage pants and all. My tastes changed as I got older, but goddamn if a cute punk guy like yourself can't turn my head every time.

thanks, it just feels honestly like my life has gone downhill tons. its depressing really. idk i guess theirs not alot of people to trust anymore and i want that one person that i know i can trust no matter what. i just feel hopeless and like it will never happen i guess.

 

If your attitude sucks and you're constantly depressed...you won't attract anyone. No one likes baggage.

Just think, life could be much worse...keep your head up, keep plugging away. Everything will come in time

You can help it! We create our own realities, if you wake up saying, "My life sucks, today is going to be a shitty day..." Then, no matter what happens it will be a shitty day. However, if you wake up saying "I'm alive, it's summer, I'm going to make the best of whatever is thrown my way..." Then you'll never be disappointed...

You have a job. It's something to be thankful for. If you don't like what you're doing, change it!

Honestly, i don't like that kind of guys who are too much in the "sub-cultural" thing. Most of them don't realy know what they are talking about and what really do they stand for. They take sub- cultures as some kind of fashon, and that's too childish for me.
So my advise is the next time you meet someone, try to make an impresion by your personal character, and be more yourself.

 

i am myself. punk has saved my life more then once and im absolutly in love with it. my advice to you is before you tell someone to be themself make sure you even know the person first. i asked for advice not your openions about my life.

Hey, i didn't made any judgemanets on you. Did i in any way tolld you that i think you are a poser? I just gave you my general opinion about the sub- cultural boys and what is usulay bothering me about them and i gave you my best advice on the informations you've posted here. So before you atack someone read carefuly

 

punk guys.. yeah, they are almost always eye catchign. as long as they dont come across as too terribly violent and such . my bf tends to dress goth, so yeah, som eof the subcultres can be awfully hot

i know its hard trying to keep your spirits up when other things in life don't seem to be going too well
try and keep your chin up
try to stay positive
and yes i know its easy for me to say because i aint going thrue what you are going thrue right now,

If you want to find the kind of person who likes to do the things you do, then just keep on doing what you do, and eventually you'll find some who's looking for someone like you, too. Also, I believe that friendship comes before love, so just look for friends, and eventually you'll find yourself in love with one of them... just don't pounce on them, could lose both the friendship and the love.

 

You're so indie! Haha... just kidding. Good advice though, there's no better bet than to simply be yourself - even if you're the kind of person who looks for the right love in the wrong places... eventually you'll find someone else who does the same thing.
