richmond/charlottesville?

i'm looking into an intentional community near richmond and charlottesville. what can anyone here tell me about the area?

 

charlottesville is a pretty nice place....mellowish and close to some beautiful areas

richmond's just another dirty city.....imho, of course

 

Charlottesville would be a better place for it. I should know: I'm from Richmond and it's too cluttered all around. Charlottesville, for one thing, is closer to nature.

 

i'm not starting the IC, it's already there.

i'm trying to get a feel for the surrounding area.

 

The best intentional communities are found out by Floyd, VA but other than that there aren't many. Floyd is somewhat close to Charlottesville.

 

theyr both chill in some parts, cvilles got alota preppy dicks though
