Is there anything other than Tar available in LA? I'd like to find some China or even Brown powder, but everyone here seems to just accept that Tar is all there is. Also, it's supposedly OK for a Pharmacy to sell you Syringes over the counter, but they need a valid medical reason. Any ideas on what I could tell them (diabetics are supposed to show a card, so that's out...)?
That sounds like "I need the syringes to shoot heroin. I'm highly addicted and will jump over this counter and beat your ass if you don't give them to me" XD

Yeah it shouldn't be too hard to get syringes. Seriously. A lot of people need them for legal reasons. Besides, who the hell cares what you're doing behind closed doors. The pharmacy shouldn't be able to neglect you something you might actually need for all they know. Free country my ass, lol.
