rain on the pavement..i know, weird. the combination of five hundred different kinds of incense. and dirt. why, i don't know..
Bread, coffee, tobacco. I agree that there a lots of other good smells, but right now, those three come to mind.
my records, old books, nag champa in the black and Grey box, rain on my window pane, birthday cake icing, most flowers and trees, the ocean and probly so much more
That one sounds funny! like to go back to school maybe, or miss your youth? I know that smell remind me of early school day. I like the smell of the see, and the smell of wood burning like from a chimney, and the smell of changing seasons.
Woodsmoke, fresh mountain air, patchouli, fresh coffee first thing in the morning, clean sweat (showered this morning but been workin' hard as opposed to not taken a bath for a year! :H), nag champa, on and on...
Yeah, I like the smell of a real fireplace. Love it around Christmas time. My parents have a real one, I have a gas one. I just turn the fireplace on when I need it.
A real fire place dont smell the same, i love the smell of the smoke inside and also outside, how it feels in the cold air, its reassuring. And the smell of wet ground very early in the morning in winter, and of animals waiting to be feeded, the whole things in the country side. I love the smell of thyme in the mountain on sommer, and the smell of the garrigue, that like the vegetation there is in Australia, dry high grass and plants. A smell that inspire me the most and who has the strongest romantic effect on me, is the smell of snow falling and after, when all is quiet, and the snow is everywhere, covering all.
yeah, it is so fresh, so sweet, and all is so quiet. It makes me dream in prose and verse. I get very inspired by it. I like the smell of abricots too. and the smell of baby.
