How do you knock arrogance out of a bully?

You could try grinding up glass into a really fine powder, mixing it with extra fine iron fillings and then throwing it into thier eyes. Seen this happen to a kid in school before that always used to pick on another kid, and it deffinately really annoyed him.

that sometimes works, but if you stand up or just beat the shit out of them when they think your scard with no warning then they'll leave you alone. Break there nose and the rep of you doing that will also keep others from trying to mess with you.

Depends on the situation, with bullys violence solves everything. On the other hand dealing with girls, getting what you want, and crasy nut jobs, no....Bullys are just trying to make them self look big, so if you show that your not going to take it then they normally back down before fist fly. In event you do get in a fight with a bully don't let up till he is running away or unable to move on the ground, once you let up he'll get you. Truly the non-violent meathod are not very effective and cause more difficult problems 90% of the time unless it's a school bully. Why arn't they effective? Simple in the work place the manager has to "see" it and even then he'll twist it back so your the bad guy, the fucker pulled the knife on me what was suppose to do let him stick me....and the police won't do shit unless there is hard evidence, a guy ramed my car cause i parked in front of his house on a public street and he got off scott free, he should have had at lest 2 days in jail! So yeah don't depend on your employer or police, they are eather A too slow to get there or B look the other way.
