wood-lice living in the bottom of my plant pots

    I think they are wood-lice, small pink/grey things, the plants look ok though.
    Any ideas if they are harmful to the plant?
    If so, how do you remove them?

    Do they fly or jump? Maybe spider mites, I hope not those are a bitch to get rid of. I've always used neem oil.

    they do not fly or jump they just run away when i poke them out :)
    none i can see for the mo under there.

    I´ll try the oil if they come back.

    Keep straying the oil for a bit after they leave, there could be larva in the soil.
