i currently have an early stage of lyme disease and i am on my 2nd day of antibiotics my friend will be getting shrooms in 3 days should i take them will i have a reaction? do shrooms react with your immune system??
I wouldn't. Your body recognizes shrooms (or just about any substance) as an invader, and it will fight it, yes.
but how is food a foreign invader? you eat shrooms like u eat food it gets digested and absorbed like food
Seems like youve got it all figured out. You drink alcohol the same way you drink water, what harm could it do? I wouldnt do it.
i wouldnt call mushrooms an invader, but more like a suspicious package that 'could' contain something that 'may' react with your situation... but im no Dr.
Why are you asking this question on the internet? Do you really think anybody here knows about your diseases? Ask a doctor or somebody who might know instead of strangers on forums.
yeah your all right im in no way able to ask a doctor that and im just wanting to trip and disregarding my health which should come befor a trip thank you all i will not partake but ill be there with the other trippers having a good time just being non tripping
Psilocybin is a foreign invader. Psilocybin is chemical which induces a trip state, thus it is fought by your body's immune system because it doesn't recognize that, and sees it as a threat. If your body were unable to fight it, the trip would last a HELL of a lot longer, and be a LOT stronger. Just dont eat the shrooms if you have lyme disease. Trust me, its just generally not a good idea.
