A nice potential bong...

The warehouse I work at stocks this liqueur, and I want to get a bottle to make a bong out of. It looks like this shit was designed to be made into a bong, but I'm not sure how I'm going to go about drilling it. Is drilling frosted glass different from drilling regular glass? Any techniques?
