yah I tend to do that myself.. than I just have a pretty big lunch a cheap thing that is real tasty is to get shredded cheese (modest sized bag for $2), tortilla shells (8 for $1.50-$2) and jar of paul newman mango salsa or miss renfro's raspberry chiptole salsa ($2.50-$3) and make cheese quesadillas and you are set for 4 meals as long as you add something like a fruit (or two) and something to drink. so the staple of four meals for $6 to 7.50..not bad
I love cadbury's carmels...I like flake bars the best though. I am lucky I don't live in the UK because I am a chocoholic
