Water goes into colen Then you poop the water out of the colen. You need to use some kinda tool to get it in. Since I couldn't specifically find a douche bag around the house =[, i found this turkey baster that works great. I also have another more recent method of using this plastic straw and a funnel, quiet interesting, but is not 100% at getting it in. Note: the rectum is part of the colen. Best of luck with that. It will be weird at first.
