Im trying to buy some hits today for a music festival that starts thursday, and I probably wont take them before friday or saturday. My question is do they need to be frozen, refridgerated or just kept in a dark place? It is really hot in my house during the day and I am afraid they might deteriorate before I take them.
I would keep them in the dark and as close to room temperature as possible. Don't bother with the freezer or refrigerator (as condensation issues could pose a problem), the tendency for lsd to deteriorate is over-hyped. Even Albert Hoffman suggested that lsd would decompose significantly after a few weeks if it wasn't stored in just the right conditions, but I've found that blotter keeps well, without any noticable loss of potency whatsoever, for at least 2 years (wrapped in tin foil) at about room temperature (give or take 10 degrees either way).
