I am about to be a junior in high school and I plan to attend a college that is known for its english, journalism and creative writing classes specifically. I have a GPA of about 2.0 at the moment but I'm about to turn it around jack it up as high as possible, and I virtually got the highest score in the state on the WASL writing/reading asessments, and high marks on science and math, so I'm hoping to do likewise on the SATs.

Two more years to redeem myself, Advanced Placement/honors all four years, and hopefully high SATs. Anybody got any ideas for schools to plan for, any worries I should have?

Fucked myself rather badly the first couple years, distractions and stresses and indulgences. They've been eliminated and all I care about is becoming a writer. Do I have a shot or should I consider going from community college and transferring in a couple years to university?
