one day my hubby just looked at me and said, "god your beautiful, your even more beautiful then when we first met and I didn't think that was ever possible"... oh and he says "wow, you look great" pretty often(That always feels good because I have been trying to lose weight and get over body image issues.). He also just looks at me alot. Nothing feels better than being checked out by your SO when your relationship is way past the "new" stage.
The nicest thing a guy ever said to me was "Wouldn't it be awesome if everyone in the world was an undead zombie except you and me, and we'd just be together?"... lol! NOT very hippy! but it was sweet at the time...
I thinkt heones in my current relationship trump all of the ones in past relationships, even really long ones. I feel funny typing them though because they are sooooo private to me.

Guys can be so sweet. This was on our first date, so it may not mean too much, but wow did it make me feel special. We were sitting at the lake facing eachother and he was talking about his very first girlfriend. He said, "I fell in love with her the second I saw her." Then he paused and looked me straight in the eyes and said, "That seems to be the way it happens with me." *melts*
i dont want to share mine but it was so sweet and funny, because it was in spanish, when he didnt really speak the language, so it was all wrong
Earlier today I was quite upset about something totally silly and I was crying, and Ian randomly started going on and on about how happy he is with me and how beautiful I am, and told me (this is funny and strange, now) that I'm going to age gracefully and be a totally gorgeous and cool old woman, and he's excited he'll have a chance to see it all.
I think the sweetest thing my husband's ever said wasn't actually said TO me... but was said to a family friend on our 10th wedding anniversary. We'd just renewed our vows & were having a very happy reception and I overheard him say, "Yep, I've married her twice now... I'd marry her a hundred times if it'd make her happy!" love, mom
