-after 24 hrs if no one has correctly answered your question, you can answer the question yourself and then place a new question.
-also try to keep to a minimum of one question.

in the U.S. 6 songs hit #1 for only 1 wk. the rest were for longer. these songs are:
    1. love me do
    2. penny lane
    3. come together
    4. something
    5. all you need is love
    6. ticket to ride

    after thought:

"one should be more specific on what their are asking. (i.e. which music chart, and/or country)

Hendrix. The whole band was pissed about it and called up local newspapers in the town they were in as The concerned mothers of America or something like that, saying that Hendrix was to vulgar and suggestive and they got removed from the tour.

Q: If Robert Plant hadn't made it in a band by the time he was 20, what did he say he was going to do?

Robert Plant was a chartered accountant before he became a professional musician.
I think that is the right answer.
    next question:
in the sixties a Canadian group left Toronto and moved to California where they changed their name to a book title . What was their new name? They became quite famous.
