I'm wondering if maybe someone has an answer for this... why am I always tired? I don't understand it. I used to be really hyper all the time, now I'm constantly tired. I wake up tired, I go to bed completely exhausted. Its like I never feel 100% anymore. I sleep for a good amount of time, in bed by 12, wake up around 8, and my sleep schedule is very regular. Any thoughts?
Oh lord.... haha So, is there any chance of a serious response to this question at all? Or am I in a lost cause here.
It might be something in your diet, maybe a lack of vitamins or so. Lack of sunlight? Maybe a routine is getting to you. Or maybe it's a lack of homosexual sex.
yea, maybe what you're eating has something to do with it do you exercise any? could be a lot of things are you stressed out?
well, I'm at summer school right now at my college, so everyday my diet basically consists of McDonalds, Arbys, and other fast food restaurants, with the occasional snack like cheetos and stuff.... I am inside my dorm room 75% of the day, and no, I don't excercise... I never really have, to be honest...
I dunno, I guess call me naive, but I guess I never really thought diet could be a cause of being tired... I never really worry about hwat I eat, since I'm so skinny to begin with..
yea, i'd start with adding more fresh fruits and veggies to your diet fast food shit isn't good for you
Do any skinny guys ever snore (if not sick or so)? I don't think I've ever heard any skinny guys snore.
Diet can have a most profound effect on your health and energy levels... think of food as the fuel your body runs on. If you fill your tank with loads of unnatural processed foods and junk you're probably expending more energy dealing with it than you're getting from it. You are at the absolute perfect age to take control of what you eat and take charge of your health- before bad diet clogs your arteries and shuts down vital systems. I can go into lots of detail for you but won't waste time unless you're sincerely interested.
By the way, Stinkfoot.... what is the minimum amount of veggie a person should eat a week? I always find it hard to eat lots of veggies, I'm usually too tired to make a big ass salad, and nothing comes in small sizes these days... so if I buy veggies they usually end up going bad because I don't use all of them... and so on. How many veggies should I eat just to stay cool for school?
