Lowryder Grow

Well, i just wanted to share one of my buddies first grow with everyone. It's been looking very good so far. As of today they have been growing for about 4 weeks, so i'm going to post up pictures week by week until now. Everything went nicely from the start, the germination rate was 6/6. After three weeks we could spot the males, and he had 3 males, and 3 females.

Also, sorry about the pictures not being so good. These were all taken with a 2mp camera phone.

1st week:

 

I seem to be missing pic's from the second week, so here's the third week.

 

Here's the fourth week. Right after they had started flowering, and after he had cut down the males.

 

That's all i've got for pictures for now, but i will be posting with any updates i have.

 

they're lookin good!!! any idea how many watts of fluoros he's runnin??

Currently he's running about 430. He's gonna send me a few more pic's today, they are starting to look real nice.

 

Here's the most recent update. The second pic is kind of bad.

 

I'm thinkin' that those CFL's would be a lot more effective if they were placed horizontally so that more "tube area" is exposed to the plants!

you're not talking actual watts i guess... because if i counted correctly he has 6 floro's.. they do say they put out as much light as a 80 watter tungsten bulb... but they only use 23 or smthng... and you need to know the actual wattage used.. not what they look like to the human eye...
