Long Hair/Short Hair on Girls, Which One Do You Prefer?

Actually I prefer guys with long hair and I think short hair on girls is adorable. I have had my hair chin lenth for like 5 years now because it is so much easier. But now it's almost down to my chest...gettin' pretty long. Time for a cut! Actually my mom has told me since I was a little girl "always wear your hair long because guys dont like girls with short hair." Well, fuck that.

 

It depends on the girl... some girls' faces are made for short hair and some are made for long hair. I don't think I would like really short or really long hair on any girls though.

 

what about hair like Moe (three stooges) well the bowl haircut where it looks like someone just put a bowl on your head and cut the hair showing

What YOU are comforatble with is what goes.
I find I Like long hair(esp. on men), but shorter hair's more pratical.

Overall,if you're one of those people worried about how your hair makes you look, Stop! Concern yourself with the head your hair(or lack of it) is on, and if that isn't the part that is attracting, then you should re-prioritize.

I've actually noticed the opposite. Usually, girls who are willing to make a dramatic short cut are pretty free willed and open to experiment. I find that a lot of girls who wear their hair long do that because it feels safe...not because they're free-willed. But there are always exceptions to both.

Then again...it could depend on the age. I know that a lot of older women wear their hair short which just makes them look older a lot of the time and more conservative. And usually when I see an old woman with long gray hair (which isn't often), I do tend to think of her as being more free willed. So yeah, I think age as a bit to do with it as well.

 

Usually, I like long hair better on a girl. But some gals look great with short hair.

 

I love shoulder-length, or a little longer. Anything shorter, or really long, I don't really like.

 

I think any type of hair is okay. Hair is not one of my major concerns about someone.

 

I would say long, even though it makes lots of people look younger.

On girls I think shoulder length, chin length, and below the shoulders is pretty. On guys, Oh my gosh I love loooonnnnggg hair!!! There just something about a guy with long hair that just totally drives me insane. I can't control myself. Just think you're making out and the hair just falls all in your face and if it's really long, you feel strands tickle your chest. Just thinking about it makes me want to do that right now.

LOL, I was just wondering this same thing the other day. I just got all of my hair cut off last week and I was feeling pretty insecure about my feminity because of it. Sexiness is a state of mind not a haircut. I was miserable looking with long hair because I didn't want to take the time to fuss with it and I always looked a mess because the underneath was curly, part of it was frizzy and the rest straight! Now that it is just above my shoulders and layered I can just toussle my hair with some wax and I have the just off the beach look and go with the flow. I'm going to grow it out, but probably won't go too long with it again. I'll post pics as soon as I get some of my new do.

I love boys with long hair and dreads. Unfortunately, my boyfriend (who I still think is incredibly sexy) has a receeding hairline thing so he shaves his head. Looks like Michael Chickless. (I don't know how to spell dude's name!)

 

it's gotta be long, the shortest it can be is shoulder length. if it's any shorter there's not enough to pull on though either style looks minging if it's not clean

I like dreadies, short or long...but to answer the question its depends on the chic wearin the do, some look good wit long hair some look good wit short hair and some dont...

 

on guys i think just below chin length, tousled hair is extremely hot.

girls - yeah a select few can pull off the short look, but on me it's long all the way. I have really curly hair, so short it just goes in these tight, short ringlets, kind of like a brunette Ronald McDonald . In other words, EWWWWWWW.

I have been growing my hair for years now - because of the curliness it is only just past my shoulders, but if it is pulled straight it's about waist length.
I love having long hair - it's so much fun to play with
