Works for me and has for over a year. Beats the other SSRI's I tried. The hospital where I used to work had a drug rep who showed some of Lexapro's European TV comercials...OMG they were funny...don't know any links to 'em but they're worth searchin' out. Good luck to both of you.

I started with Paxil 3 years ago. I have anxiety/panic attacks. Switched to Lexapro last year. 20mg. Works fine but takes me forever to orgaszm now. Other than that the stuff works great for me.

oh boy ,...bunch of Lexapro users. It prolongs my orgasms too much. Also my libido suffers a bit. But other than that it works fine.

Well it doesn't effect my libido that much, maybe a tiny bit. Orgasms are a bit delayed but that's good for the ladies! These 2 small changes doesn't make me want to stop taking it. It does work to calm me down.

Perhaps I should look more into Lexapro. Zoloft isn't doing anything for me.

I was taking Lexpro 20mg and Welbutrin 600 mgs. for over 10 years now. They stopped be effective. I was recently switched to Cymbalta. I've been on it for 9 days .. so far so good I guess. Mild side effects. Not trying to kill myself.
