this is precisely exagerated nonsense and a con game, to coerce the gullible into the dominant culture of thoughtlessness.

yes by all means getting out there, actually going for a walk, actually seeing what people and the rest of the universe is actually doing, seeing for oneself, or attempting to, how things actually work, as opposed to how any sort of belief or theorizing claims that it does, that IS all good, and that's not what i'm criticizing, but ...

there's a romantacizing of "do something even if its wrong" of "aggressiveness for its own sake, or that of gratuitous pseudo-conventionality" which all to often this kind of thing turns out to be, that i really feel is how, and with what, WE are screwing everything up and creating precisely the conditions that we rightfully and justly complain about. that is that deserve to be, not so much complained about, but avoided creating. which we ARE doing, through precisely this sort of ignorance.

i'm sorry but i don't thing there's a damd thing wrong with thinking about what we're doing before we do it. honestly and objectively. and everything wrong with smoke screens, be they religeous, political, or from any other sort of short sightedness, that coerce people into adamantly refusing to.
