so today i smoked salvia for the first time, i bought a gram of the 20x extract and smoked a few pinches out of a small bong with my friends...the experience was very interesting as i felt like i was on a bungee cord and connected to my friends, and then thought i was in an old train station in west virginia and laughed uncontrollably for a good 10 minutes...my question is this, i have read that most ppl reccommend smoking out of some sort of pipe with water, such as a bong, bubbler, etc., but i was wondering if that is realy necessary and whether or not i would reach the same effect or close to it by smoking out of a small hand pipe/bowl?
First of all, you're in the wrong section... There is a special section specificly for Salvia Divinorum in "Phycadelics". And an answer to your question, why not? The answer is no, the experience is a lot more intesne from a bong or bubbler than a normal hand pipe. The hits are bigger, the level of Salvinorin-A is bigger... Therefore, the bong has a considerably stronger effect than the pipe. Good luck and shine on!
