The 'Gay Bomb'--Modern Mind Control Weapons?

This could belong in several boards on here, but the main topic I'd like to focus on is the paranoia it generates.
Apparently, the government has performed research on making a "gay bomb", that would cause the enemy's army to develop an uncontrollable attraction to each other, weakening them because of diverted attention.

Among all of the topics this brings up, the issue that struck me most is the way our government can come up with the most sick and twisted ways of manipulation. It's reminiscent of the Cold War era's mind control studies. I wonder if they meant to create an idea that would serve as both a weapon and a way to reinforce prejudice in our country--a mind control weapon for both sides.

Men who are effeminate have less of a chance of rebelling in a time of civil unrest. That's why they have been working to feminize the men in the West for years now, not only through the media and pop-culture, but other ways as well. If you look at a lot of the processed foods on the market, they contain soy, and soy contains estrogen. While it may not cause a man to grow breasts and develop a lisp in his voice, it does offset his testosterone levels, making him less aggreesive and more passive, thus easier to control and dominate

The type of weaponry that has been developed over the years, which the public does not yet know about, would boggle the mind of the average person. In recent years they have worked to develop race-specific weapons and exotic electromagnetic weapons which can control entire populations. We already have something like this with HAARP.

Somebody said that these tactics sound similar to that of the Soviets and the Cold War era. Well, this is mostly true because knowledge is never lost. It's always archived and passed on. As a matter of fact, the Soviet system was set up as a test bed for the system which is soon to come in the US. When the Soviet Union was abolished, it didn't really die. It simply went underground and we are now beginning to see it re-emerge here.

As a matter of fact, Gorbachev made a speech in the late 80's, saying that the public would be told that communism is dead, but not to believe it because it was simply going underground, only to re-emerge at a later time.

Isn't funny how, now, Gorbachev, an ardent communist, has placed himself at the head of the global environmentalist movement, with organizations like Global Green and Maurice Strong's "Earth Charter"? It's all about control, ushering in this new system using the threat of environmental catastrophe in order to further centralize power and control over the population.

 

^^ I think that is a rather sexist view. Women can be just as violent as men and perform just as well in combat situations, if properly trained. It has never been proven, one way or the other that testosterone has anything to do with aggression or aggressive behavior, its just a popular myth. Aggressiveness is a complex issue that has psychological, genetic, physiological, neurochemical, etc components.

It is a basic function of the military/defense industries to investigate and use any technology that can be used as an effective weapon, though I think is questionable how effective a "gay bomb" would be.

 

Yes, IF they are trained (conditioned). Unlike men, it isn't a natural, instinctive occurance for women to fight.

 

Oh, well that's ok, because the vast majority of homosexual men aren't effeminate.

 

Of course, I understand that. Many homosexuals can be found in key positions of power within the military and appear extremely masculine.... often times ultra-masculine. However, someone asked why homosexuals would be less likely to revolt, and I stated the reason for this. Men who are homosexual certainly have a higher likelihood of being effiminate, though that's not to say all, or even most homosexuals are effeminate.

I wasn't speaking so much in terms of the so-called "gay bomb" as much as I was homosexuality and effeminacy in general.

 

I don't think that's true and have never seen any evidence to support that. Men or women have to train(practice) in order to be good at fighting. The majority of, if any, difference is cultural not natural. The fight or flight response is equally present in both males and females as is largely part of the adrenal system not sex hormones like testorone or estrogen.

 

We're not talking about being good at fighting. We're talking about man's natural instinct to fight to defend himself and his family when threatened or under attack. Women are far less likely to resort to violence when threatened, and this is proven.

 

Where, how, who proved that? There would be virtually no way to prove it because there wouldn't be anyway to test it without the persons psychology being influenced by culture. If a person is fed that idea his whole life, they may believe it is natural but is in fact, cultural (psychological conditioning). You should know that culture is conspiracy and how malevolent most of it is. Females of mammal species can be very aggressive in defending their offspring, more so then males.

 

Bombs don't end wars - they start them

 

Okay, this is ridiculous. The government has so many conservatives in it that it is now a threat to national security. Because they think gays are different, they would drop this "gay bomb," and nothing would happen to the men's fighting skills or aggressiveness, and then there would be a massive counter attack when the enemy government realized that our government just made their troops gay.

That's hilarious! Too bad it'll never work. Its only power is a hormone... and that doesn't necessarily guarantee that the troops are just going to pile on top of eachother. And, besides just that, the will to fight/survive would completely surpass anything of this sort. It's a funny idea, but it's certainly not mind control. I doubt it'll ever succeed.

 

hearing about all of these weird ass bombs and shit especially A bombs n stuff it makes me think about they measures that the holders of these weapons are taking to ensure that they arent harmed cuz i mean think about it wat if somebody accidentally stumbled onto one and blew up the fuckin world lol especially these third world countrys that cant afford to protect them lol
