So when you sign documents, do you sign your complete name? Do you just scribble a certain something out, not necessarily your name? Do you write something completely different when you sign documents? There was a guy who came through my line at work and signed his credit slip "Punk Rock"...I thought it was great. I sign mine with my complete full name, including middle initial.
I just write my name in Hebrew... People always comment about my signature, saying that it looks so odd and difficult... Ironically, it's awfully simple. I made the mistake of signing my passport like that wen I was like 8... and, I had to sign everything the same way ever since.
Did people in Medieval times have to sign things the way they talked? I bet it takes a long time to write "George son of William the Dragon Licker" with a quill pen.
Depends on my mood. Sometimes if I'm really pissed off or a bank teller annoys me, I'll just make something up... I remember giving a friend of mine something, once, then he wrote me a check for it. He just wrote pay to the order of "Mr. Greenjeans c/o George Snow"... and in the memo he wrote "Grass"... Yeah, landscaping is a good thing to get into, in those instances.
i usually sign my name, chris, i dont' do the full christopher...and then fitzgerald but sometimes i'll scribble a picture
I just sign my name. No offense to anyone here or elsewhere but... I don't see the point in writing your name all sloopy like a doctor (hah).... I just write my name in cursive. Maybe from now on I'll try to be extra hip and write someone elses name extra messy instead. That said, I'm not the one who signed my name on my own ssc.
I used to do that, but it somehow evolved into a rushed scribbled version. I guess it was so that I could save a valuable half-second of my life each time I sign something.
I print it all bubbly and huge and add a smiley face to the end, every time!! Even if I am signing a traffic ticket HAHA
i normally sign like the top, but if im writing a note, i put one of the following gabys i just threw in a random note for teh hipforum in thurr
