more than likely, PMS or pregnancy. Not much you can do for then if it is one of those. You can get yeast infections on your nipples, but usually only happens if you are breast feeding
i have a thread about this somewhere in the first page, they usually get sore around your period, for a lot of women they do, but.... somebody may have helped in my thread, i dont know what else.. a hot bath could probably help
yeah mine SOMETIMES get sore before my period. i wouldn't know about the breast feeding issue. how long do they hurt for? if it's like all the time, just go to the dr.
for me its the actual center nipple part that hurts, and its only on my right breast not the whole nipple, the part that sticks out
They usually always get sore before my period but my period ended about a week ago.Maybe I just chaffed the poor things.
do you wear a bra? i find that if i don't wear a bra my shirt rubs against my nipples and it's kinda like a diaper rash. if this is what it is and you just don't want to wear a bra then try bandaids or maybe little stickers
it could be cause you schaffed them, my nipples always get a bit sore if i go w/o a bra for awhile.....so if you dont want them sore....wear a bra....or put bandaids over them??
